Returns & Exchanges Policy

Bicycles

• Bicycles are exchange only — no returns.

• Exchanges must be made within 72 hours of purchase.

• The bike must have no more than 10 miles of use and be in new condition.

• Exchanges may be made for store credit based on the original sales price.

• A restocking fee applies:

  • 10% for bikes purchased from in-stock inventory

  • 20% for special-order bikes

Accessories & In-Stock Parts

• Accessories and in-stock parts may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase.

• Items must be unopened and in new condition.

• Returns are refunded to the original payment method.

  • The original credit card must be present.

  • Debit card refunds will be issued via cheque.

Special Orders

• Special-order accessories or parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
